All orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

Please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you’ve placed an order during a high-volume period (such as a sale or launch),

processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our

best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination address.

Shipping times are estimates and can vary based on factors like the carrier, weather conditions,

and holidays. Once your order has shipped,

you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided

at checkout based on your shipping address.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rose & Daffodils is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package

has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier

directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Rose & Daffodils is not responsible for any delays or lost packages due

to incorrect or incomplete address information.
